All items are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment, excluding holidays & weekends. Processing time is longer during sales.
Orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (10-12 days)*. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES IMPOSED BY SHIPPING CARRIER.
*The only way to track an international package is through Express Mail, when shipped via USPS. Please choose this option at checkout if tracking is preferred for your international order.
Overnight shipping is available within the U.S., however please email BASICALLY@BYPINKGRASSHOPPER.COM for processing time.
Shipping with Fedex, UPS, or DHL is available per email request.
If package is returned to us due to unpaid an duty fee, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

If an incorrect shipping address is input at checkout, please email us within 8 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there is a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment. If you choose not to pay your reshipment fee, a refund will not be processed.
Once a item has shipped we are unable to make changes to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes.
We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout.
If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery prior to 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned back to us.
If your tracking information states delivered and you're unable to locate, please contact your local post office.
